Situated on the first floor of a detached house, it features a fully equipped private kitchen. The living room and bedrooms all have air conditioning and heating. Enjoy your own TV, video on demand, Wi-Fi, and a coffee machine compatible with capsules, ground coffee, or filters. A baby bed, self check-in, and step-free indoor access are also available. Outside, relax on your private terrace shaded by a beautiful Virginia creeper and unwind in your private jacuzzi. Take in views of nature, the medieval town, and the nearby river. A private barbecue is provided for outdoor meals. The property offers 2 shared parking spaces on site, with additional street parking available. Up to 2 pets are welcome. Events are permitted within reasonable limits; please note you are staying above an inhabited apartment, and quiet is requested after 11 pm out of respect for neighbors. You’ll be just steps from the market, the La Beaume river with supervised swimming, restaurants, and shops. The area offers many activities: hiking, canoeing, waterfalls, canyoning, caves (including Chauvet), and access to the Pont d’Arc in Vallon. Several rivers—La Beaume, Le Chassezac, and the Ardèche—offer even more leisure options. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.
